When you use one of our forms, we collect your artist name, e-mail address, Spotify link and the message you send us.
We use this information to check your catalogue or recordings, understand your enquiry and reply to you. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Your information is kept in our form database and may also be kept in our e-mail system while we correspond with you.
We keep your information until you ask us to delete it, or for two years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Under UK GDPR, you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
